Production Trainee Scheme
for BBC


One of two BBC trainee schemes, run as part of the BBC Academy. Our mission was to alert the best new production talent from across the UK to these placement opportunities for aspiring production trainees, and tempt them to sign up.

Approach

We needed to design two complimentary idents for the recruitment campaigns, and  produce all promotional materials to support each scheme. We came up with the line ‘Fresh thinking wanted’, and designed a graphic device that hinted at the behind-the-scenes role of production trainees.

Outcome

The 2010 campaigns went down a storm, so the BBC called us back on board to tackle the creative for 2011.
