Stargazing LIVE
for BBC
Stargazing LIVE was an intergalactic event broadcast from Jodrell Bank Observatory. It followed on from Professor Brian and Dara’s gripping journey through the night sky.
Red Stone’s role was to design the identity for the programme, which was used on the BBC website, TV programme set and titles and all off-air promo materials.
Approach
We designed all off-air promo materials, including the handy Star Guide (with built-in compass!) and all marketing materials.
Outcome
The programme was a huge success with 2.2 million Star Guides were downloaded from the BBC website in the first three weeks.
