Food safety training packs
for Chartered Institute of Environmental Health
Anyone working in the food industry needs to know their salmonella from their E.coli. Red Stone were asked to design training packs for retailers, manufacturers and caterers with an instruction manual for trainers and a course book for trainees.
Approach
We produced a direct set of materials suitable for the broadest audience. Clear illustration and useful reference photography helps to make the material accessible. From beginners in the industry to supervisors brushing up on the rules, the packs cover it all. We art directed photography in commercial kitchens, supermarkets and food factories.
Outcome
The training packs are widely used in the UK food industry, and we have now completed the first CIEH food safety qualification for the Dubai market.
