This report was a big one for DCMS. Not only is it best practice advice for the culture sector, but it’s a catalyst for change, too. It’s part of the last government’s National Digital Participation Plan, which had big ambitions to see another 7.5million people using the internet by 2014.
Approach
As the report was about the arts and culture that people could experience digitally, we designed the report as a fully interactive PDF. It presented key findings and recommendations on preparing cultural content for the internet.
Outcome
As a result of its success, Culture24 is developing a new Smart Phone application to make information on culture and associated events easier to access.
