for Money Advice Service
A new brand for a completely new organisation offering clear, unbiased money advice. For free.
Our task was to make everyone in the UK aware of a new independent service offering unbiased money advice.
Approach
Against the backdrop of difficult economic conditions, we focused on optimism – people can make the most of their money they have. This was expressed through portraits of everyday people supported by a simple look and feel and brand hierarchy. We worked with the brand team and senior management to steer and develop the brand strategy and the visual and verbal identity.
Outcome
The new brand has strong buy-in both internally and with stakeholders and early feedback suggests that the Service is achieving strong cut-through with the public. The new organisation was launched with a national prime-time TV advertising campaign.
